Mercy in Cahokia, IL is seeking a Neurology RN on the Medical 8 East unit (PT, Day). You will deliver direct patient care, use the nursing process, and collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams to ensure safe, compassionate care aligned with Mercy's mission.

New grads encouraged to apply; must hold an RN license in Missouri or a compact state and BLS certification; prior acute-care experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN, Diploma, or BSN).
• Active RN license in Missouri or compact state.
• BLS certification through the American Heart Association (or within 30 days of hire).

Responsibilities

• The Neurology RN provides direct patient care using the nursing process while collaborating with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
• Responsibilities include ongoing patient assessments, care coordination, documentation, and delivering compassionate, patient-centered care consistent with Mercy's mission and values.
