Job summary

Mercy is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for the Neurology 8 East unit (Medical 8 East). This part-time day shift role focuses on direct patient care, assessments, care coordination, and documentation within a collaborative team, aligned with Mercy's mission and values.

The ideal candidate is a graduate of an accredited nursing program with an active RN license (Missouri or compact) and BLS certification. New grads are welcome to apply and grow clinically in a neuro care setting.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program (ADN, Diploma, or BSN).
• Active RN license in Missouri or compact state.
• BLS certification through American Heart Association (or within 30 days of hire).

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care using the nursing process.
• Perform ongoing patient assessments and care coordination.
• Document care and collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary teams.
