Job summary

Qualifications

• Must hold a current PA nursing license.
• ACLS and NIH Stroke Scale certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide Direct Care: administer medications and IV therapy safely.
• Assess and Reassess: document patient needs and update care plans.
• Plan Care: involve patients/families and coordinate with teams.
• Engage in Team Discussions to develop care plans with staff.
• Teach and Educate: health teaching for patients and families.
• Follow safety and compliance policies and maintain competency.

Education

PA Nursing License

ACLS Certification preferred

NIH Stroke Scale Certification preferred
