- Culture and differentiate microglia and neurons from iPSCs.
- Perform assays for lysosome dysfunction.
- Measure turnover and aggregation of alpha-synuclein.
- Design experiments in collaboration with Dr. Volpicelli-Daley.
- Maintain e-notebooks and organize data for reproducibility.
