Job summary

Ipsen is seeking a Regional Reimbursement Director to lead field-based reimbursement for Neurology therapies across New England. You will partner with sales, market access, and brand teams to optimize patient access and address payer barriers.

You will build relationships with MACs, develop launch readiness plans, and provide strategic insights to expand Ipsen’s neurology portfolio while meeting regional access targets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in public policy, economics, business administration, life sciences, or equivalent.
• Experience in reimbursement for physician-administered oncology/neurology drugs is preferred.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Value & Access teams and field colleagues to expand access and reduce barriers to Ipsen's Neurology products.
• Design and develop reimbursement strategies, tactics, tools, and approved materials for field use.
• Build and maintain relationships with MACs to ensure patient access to Ipsen therapies.
• Provide reimbursement support at advisory boards or professional conferences as needed.
• Raise awareness of IPSEN CARES Patient support hub and coordinate with internal resources for payer meetings.
• Serve as the field reimbursement expert, sharing market intelligence and addressing access barriers.
