Job summary

IPSEN is seeking a Regional Reimbursement Director to lead field-based reimbursement across the New England territory. You will collaborate with market access, sales, and brand teams to expand access for Ipsen’s Neurology therapies and translate payer policies into actionable field initiatives, ensuring timely patient access.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech industry experience.
• 5+ years of reimbursement experience with injectable/infused drugs or medical devices.
• Strong knowledge of coverage, coding, and payment policies.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Value & Access home office, field teams, and IPSEN CARES to expand access and reduce barriers to Ipsen’s Neurology therapies.
• Develop reimbursement strategies, tools, and training materials for field use.
• Maintain relationships with MACs to ensure access to Ipsen’s Neurology portfolio.
• Provide reimbursement support at advisory boards or professional conferences.
• Monitor payer policy changes and translate them to field teams to address barriers.
