Advocate Health is recruiting an experienced RN Lead to support outpatient neurology clinic operations across three Ballantyne locations. You will coordinate daily workflows, mentor clinical staff, and help ensure high-quality patient care in a fast-paced setting.

The role emphasizes collaboration with providers and leadership, staffing and scheduling support, and involvement in quality improvement initiatives across the neurology practice.

Qualifications

• Active RN license in the state of practice.
• Bachelor’s or associate degree in nursing from an accredited program.
• BLS certification current.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily operations across three Neurology clinics and support clinical staff.
• Assist with onboarding, education, and adherence to regulatory standards.
• Manage staffing coordination, scheduling, and quality initiatives to improve patient outcomes and experience.
