Job summary

You will work Monday–Friday 8a–5p in outpatient settings, delivering high-quality care, counseling patients, and maintaining thorough documentation in our care teams.

Qualifications

• NP license in Texas required; APRN certification preferred.
• Current RN license in Texas with APRN privileges may apply.
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire or transfer.

Responsibilities

• Assess and manage patient conditions with comprehensive exams.
• Prescribe therapies and coordinate care per supervision guidelines.
• Counsel patients on treatment plans, medications, and health promotion.
• Maintain thorough documentation and coordinate with the care team.
