Jefferson Health seeks an Advanced Practice Clinician (Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant) to provide comprehensive Neurology ambulatory care in collaboration with a multidisciplinary health care team. The APP will perform histories and physicals, order diagnostic tests, and contribute to plans of care across the continuum.

The candidate must hold a Master’s Degree, national board certification as ACNP or PA, and BLS. Ambulatory neurology experience is preferred.

• BLS certification required

Responsabilidades

• Performs complete history and physicals and documents in the medical record.
• Orders and interprets data and diagnostic procedures.
• Collaborates with interdisciplinary health care team to diagnose and manage acute and chronic conditions.
• Develops and documents plan of care using evidence-based guidelines.
• May perform advanced procedures within privileges and competency validation.
