Responsibilities

• Room patients and obtain vital signs (BP, pulse, weight, height, etc.).
• Document patient histories, symptoms, and medications in the EHR.
• Assist providers during neurological exams and procedures as needed.
• Prepare exam rooms, equipment, and supplies.
• Support diagnostic services and coordinate with EEG technicians.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments.
• Handle intake forms, insurance verification, and patient documentation.
• Coordinate referrals, follow-ups, and testing orders.
• Maintain accurate clinical records in compliance with HIPAA.
• Provide compassionate patient care and keep clinical areas organized.
