Job summary

Amgen is seeking a Senior Associate for Neurology Medical Marketing - Operations & Programs to coordinate and execute programs across U.S. Neurology Medical Marketing, including Opinion Leader Engagement, P2P, and Insights & Congress strategies.

You will partner with senior leaders, agencies, and cross-functional teams to drive congresses, Speaker Bureau, advisory boards, and field insights while developing structured operating rhythms and reliable trackers.

Qualifications

• Master's degree; OR Bachelor's degree and 2 years of marketing and/or business experience in a role aligned with a Marketing/Sales commercial organization; OR Associate's degree and 6 years of marketing and/or business experience in a role aligned with a Marketing/Sales commercial organization.
• High school diploma / GED and 8 years of marketing and/or business experience in a role aligned with a Marketing/Sales commercial organization.

Responsibilities

• Strengthen Medical Marketing Operations across P2P, physician engagement, insights, advisory boards, and congress workstreams.
• Coordinate planning, meetings, and documentation; maintain decisions, actions, and ownership.
• Support budgets, PO/invoice coordination, forecasts, and reconciliation with cross-functional partners.
