Job summary

Temple Health – Temple University Health System seeks a Lead Advanced Practice Provider (NP or PA) to oversee clinical operations within the clinic and ensure adherence to best practices. This role also plans and trains new PAs/NPs, reporting to the Director of APPs and coordinating with the Medical Staff Board to align clinical and administrative duties.

The candidate will participate in education and mentorship within the APP team, maintaining high standards of care and contributing to program

Qualifications

• Active PA license or NP certification required.
• 2 years of clinical specialty experience as CRNP or PA required.
• Healthcare leadership experience preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical operations within the clinic.
• Assist in planning and training of new PAs/NPs.
• Ensure adherence to best practices and patient safety standards.
• Report to the Director of APPs and collaborate with Medical Staff Board.
