Job summary

EPIC Health is seeking a Lead Advanced Practice Provider (PA or FNP) to oversee outpatient care and lead clinical operations in our Chicago location. The role balances direct patient care with leadership responsibilities, mentoring the APP team and ensuring clinical standards across the practice.

The ideal candidate is an experienced PA or FNP with Illinois licensure, national certification, and DEA eligibility.

Qualifications

• Licensed PA or NP in Illinois and board-certified.
• Experience delivering outpatient primary care or family medicine.
• Demonstrated leadership, mentorship, or precepting in a multi-provider setting.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive outpatient evaluation, diagnosis, and treatment within scope.
• Develop treatment plans and educate patients.
• Coordinate referrals and follow-up for chronic and acute conditions.
• Prescribe medications in line with laws and policies.
• Mentor APPs and promote standard clinical practices.
