Job summary

Eisai US is launching a new neurology-focused product in the United States. The Neurology Account Specialist (NAS) will develop and execute business plans for their geography, driving demand by conveying complex clinical information to healthcare professionals and stakeholders.

The role emphasizes educating customers on the patient journey to therapy and navigating formulary decisions. The NAS will build trusted relationships with HCPs and office staff, work cross-functionally, and adhere to

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; 5+ years in infusion, diagnostic, biologic, medical device, buy & bill, rare disease, specialty pharmacy, or neurology.
Experience with US healthcare delivery systems, market access, and key stakeholders.
Experience working across matrixed teams and with external partners.
Valid driver's license and clean driving record required.

Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and execute strategic account plans in assigned geography.
Generate demand by translating complex clinical information for HCPs and stakeholders.
Navigate patient pathways and educate customers on therapy access and formulary decisions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support hospitals and formulary discussions.
