Pacific University in Hillsboro invites applications for a 9-month, full-time faculty position in the entry-level Doctor of Physical Therapy program. Rank will be assistant or associate professor with tenure-track options; salary commensurate with qualifications and experience.

The role includes primary instruction, scholarship activities, student advisement, and capstone direction, with opportunities for curriculum development and service at multiple levels of the university.

Qualifications

• Terminal degree in physical therapy or related field; Oregon licensure eligibility for physical therapists preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of clinical/professional experience; teaching, research, and service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Primary course instruction with potential for guest lecture or lab opportunities.
• Scholarly activities and student advisement.
• Direction of student capstone projects in the entry-level DPT program.
• Curriculum development and service at university, school, and college levels.
