Job summary

Boston Medical Center is seeking a Clinical Research Coordinator II in Neurology to support multiple clinical research projects. The role involves recruitment, data management, regulatory tasks, audits, and site visits, under PI supervision with departmental leadership.

The CRC II will supervise student researchers, manage data quality, and assist with IRB submissions, while ensuring compliance and accurate documentation in EMR/eCRF systems.

Qualifications

• CRC II: Experienced Level Position
• Master’s Degree or Bachelor’s Degree plus 2-5 years of experience
• Excellent organization and communications skills required
• REDCap knowledge strongly preferred
• Strong interpersonal skills; ability to interact with staff and external contacts
• Must be detail oriented and able to follow through
• Must have computer skills including the use of Microsoft Office Suite
• Phlebotomy skills a plus

Responsibilities

• Recruit subjects and enroll participants for assigned study
• Explain research procedures and obtain informed consent
• Schedule appointments and conduct reminders
• Collect biospecimens (blood, saliva, urine)
• Enter data into EMR and eCRF systems accurately
• Train student researchers in data abstraction and entry
• Coordinate specimen collection, processing, and storage
• Assist with IRB and regulatory submissions
