Job summary

AbbVie seeks a clinical research professional to advance its pipeline by driving excellence in clinical trials and turning science into medicine for patients. You will partner with investigators and site staff to position AbbVie as the choice in clinical research, focusing on trial conduct, data integrity, and patient experience.

Responsibilities include training site staff, monitoring activities, and mentoring junior CRAs, with emphasis on regulatory compliance and proactive risk management.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualification in health-related disciplines preferred.
• At least 1 year clinically related experience, 6 months in monitoring.
• Familiar with risk-based monitoring and regulatory guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for investigative sites and align with trial goals.
• Train and motivate site staff and principal investigators on protocol basics.
• Monitor site activities to ensure protocol compliance and data quality.
• Evaluate site engagement strategies and report progress using CRM tools.
• Mentor less experienced CRAs and support risk mitigation efforts.
• Ensure safety reporting and regulatory inspection readiness.
