Job summary

AbbVie in Orlando, FL seeks an experienced Clinical Research Associate to drive site engagement and trial execution across oncology/immunology programs. You will partner with investigators, monitor trial progress, ensure data quality and regulatory compliance, and mentor junior staff.

You will leverage site engagement tools including CRM to optimize recruitment and retention, maintain strong relationships with sites, and contribute to overall study performance in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 1 year clinically related experience, with at least 6 months in clinical research monitoring.
• Knowledge of ICH/GCP Guidelines and applicable regulations.
• Ability to collaborate across functions and manage multiple priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Primary point of contact for investigative sites and stakeholders.
• Ensure protocol compliance and monitoring plans are followed.
• Monitor site performance, recruitment, safety reporting and data integrity.
• Mentor/guide less experienced CRAs and participate in process improvements.
• Assess site risk and develop action plans to optimize trial execution.
