Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in health-related field or related science.
• At least 1 year of clinical-related experience, with 6 months in clinical research monitoring.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for investigative sites and ensure smooth trial operations.
• Train and motivate site staff and investigators on trial goals and patient treatment principles.
• Monitor site performance aligned with protocol, GCPs, and quality standards to protect patient safety.
