Qualifications

• 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in Patient Care.

Responsibilities

• Perform duties within scope of an experienced Registered Nurse.
• Conduct nursing research and evaluate population-based programs of care.
• Develop and implement innovative solutions for patient care issues.

Skills

Knowledge of professional nursing theory

Ability to organize and coordinate nursing services

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Proficient with Microsoft Office tools

Education

Bachelor's of Science in Nursing
