Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Graduate of medical assisting program preferred.
• Certified or Registered Medical Assistant (CMA/RMA/ABR-OE) certification required.
• Minimum of one year work experience in a public contact role, preferably in a medical office.

Responsibilities

• Assist providers with patient care and chart management.
• Schedule appointments and support front desk clerical duties.
• Assist with in-office procedures and patient transfers.
• Maintain HIPAA and OSHA compliance and patient privacy.
• Set up instruments, clean rooms, restock supplies and manage charts.
• Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients and families.
