NOMS Healthcare in Sandusky, OH seeks a Medical Assistant (CMA/RMA/LPN) to join a patient-centered clinic team. You will assist providers with patient care, manage charting, scheduling, and in-office procedures while upholding HIPAA/OSHA standards.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma, MA program completion, CMA/RMA/ABR-OE certification, and at least one year of public-facing experience in a medical setting. We offer a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma Required.
• Graduate of medical assisting program preferred.
• Certified or Registered Medical Assistant certification required (CMA/ RMA/ ABR-OE).
• Minimum of one-year work experience in public contact job, preferably in a medical office.
• Knowledge of healthcare field and patient education.

Responsabilités

• Comply with HIPAA and OSHA regulations.
• Support patient care, accompany patients to exam/procedure rooms, and assist with procedures.
• Handle chart management, scheduling, and clerical forms/requisitions as needed.
• Prepare exam rooms, manage inventory, and maintain infection control.
• Demonstrate compassion, professionalism, and effective communication with patients and families.
