Job summary

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates critical thinking to address patient care needs.
• Communicate effectively with care team, patients and families.
• Assist onboarding and continued education of nursing staff.
• Assist in care navigation through education on treatment plans.
• Document accurately in EMR following policy.
• Rooms patient and documents required information in EMR.
• Monitor expiration dates and storage conditions of medications and supplies.
