Responsibilities

• Demonstrate quality communication with care team, outside agencies, patients, and families.
• Room patients and document required and updated clinical information in the EMR.
• Maintain accurate documentation in EMR and follow policy for patient care.
• Follow procedures for monitoring expiration dates and storage of medications and supplies.
