Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (or higher) required.
• RNs without BSN must enroll in BSN within two years and complete within seven years.

Responsibilities

• Plan, provide, supervise and document professional nursing care per physician orders and policies.
• Delegate tasks and supervise other licensed and unlicensed staff.
• Act as preceptor and support staff development.
• Participate in performance improvement activities and opportunities.
• Maintain required competencies and engage in ongoing learning.
