Responsibilities

• Up to $5000 Sign-On Bonus Offered, paid out in full after 30 days of employment.
• Support healthcare teams by ensuring they have necessary resources to care for patients.
• Enhance patient experience and preparation during clinic visits.
• Perform general nursing care following clinic workflows.
• Perform specialty-specific nursing care as applicable.
• Obtain patient consent, ensure confidentiality, and document health history, vital signs, and health risk factors.
• Provide care based on guidelines, standards, and regulations.
• Administer treatments, medications, and monitor patient responses.
• Educate patients and families on health management.
• Document assessments and interventions accurately.
• Participate in multidisciplinary teams and quality assurance activities.
• May act as team lead for nursing staff.
• Perform other duties within scope as assigned.

Qualifications

• Current RN license valid in the state.
• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.

Overview

CHI Health Clinic offers primary, specialty, walk-in, and virtual services across over 20 specialties and 100 locations, including the Neurology Clinic at Immanuel Campus. Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 am-5 pm, with no weekends, holidays, or call.
