Responsibilities

• Up to $5000 Sign On Bonus Offered. Paid out in FULL after 30 days of employment!
• Support healthcare teams by ensuring they have what they need to care for patients.
• Enhance patient experience and preparation during clinic visits.
• Perform general nursing care following established workflows.
• Perform specialized nursing care related to neurology as needed.
• Obtain patient consent, ensure confidentiality, and document health history, vital signs, and assessments.
• Provide care based on guidelines, standards, and regulations.
• Administer treatments and medications, monitor responses, and consult with physicians and other providers.
• Educate patients and families about health management.
• Document assessments and interventions accurately.
• Participate in multidisciplinary teams to improve care.
• Monitor quality assurance data.
• Potentially act as team lead.
• Perform other duties within scope as assigned.

Qualifications

• Current RN license valid in the state.
• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from the American Heart Association.

Overview

CHI Health Clinic offers primary, specialty, walk-in, and virtual services across over 20 specialties and 100 locations, including our Neurology Clinic at Immanuel Campus, off 72nd & Sorenson Pkwy.

Schedule: Monday-Friday, 8 am - 5 pm, no weekends, no holidays, no call.
