Qualifications

  • Must have a current RN license and be a graduate of an accredited nursing program.
  • Basic Life Support certification is required.

CHI Health has an amazing opportunity to add a Clinic RN (Nurse) to our Neurology Clinic located at our Immanuel Campus off of 72nd & Sorenson Pkwy!

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8a-5p, No weekends, No holidays & No call!

Expectations:

  1. Performs general nursing care to patients by following established clinic workflows.
  2. May perform specific nursing care as it relates to the specialty of the practice.
  3. Obtain patient consent for care and ensure patient confidentiality.
  4. Obtain and document health history, information on chief complaint, vital signs, and health risk factors and assess disease conditions.
  5. Provide patient care based on practice guidelines, standards of care, and federal/state laws and regulations.
  6. Execute prescribed treatments and medical interventions, administer prescribed medications, and monitor and document treatment progress and patient response. Refer to/consult with physicians, other health providers, and community resources to prevent/resolve problems or concerns.
  7. Educate patients and families about health status, health maintenance, and management of acute and chronic conditions.
  8. Document patient assessment and intervention data using established medical record forms/automated systems and documentation practices.
  9. Participate in multidisciplinary teams to improve patient care processes and outcomes.
  10. Track quality assurance data and monitor for acute and chronic care management.
  11. May act as team lead for other nursing staff.
  12. Performs other duties within scope of role as assigned.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:

  1. Current Registered Nurse (RN) license that allows you to practice in our state
  2. Graduate of an accredited nursing program
  3. Basic Life Support (BLS) from the American Heart Association required

Pay Range

$26.38 - $38.26 /hour
