Job summary

Foundation Medical Partners is seeking an APRN or PA to join our Neurology team in New Hampshire. This outpatient role offers a broad scope of practice in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.

You will contribute to outpatient evaluation and management of neurological disorders, with 36 clinical hours and four administrative hours weekly. You’ll diagnose and treat neuropathy, headaches, epilepsy, movement disorders, and neuromuscular conditions, collaborate with a multidisciplinary

Qualifications

• APRN or PA credential required.
• Eligible for or active New Hampshire APRN or PA license.
• Strong clinical, diagnostic, and communication skills.
• Commitment to patient-centered care and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient evaluation and management of patients with general neurological disorders.
• 36 clinical hours with 4 hours of administrative time.
• Diagnose and treat a wide range of neurological conditions (neuropathy, headaches, epilepsy, movement disorders, neuromuscular).
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to ensure high-quality patient care.
• Maintain accurate EPIC documentation in the EMR system.
• Participate in call rotation as required.
• Engage in quality improvement initiatives and continuing medical education.
