Qualifications

• MD or DO from an accredited medical school.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neurology.
• Eligible for or licensed in New Hampshire.
• Strong clinical, diagnostic, and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Outpatient evaluation and management of general neurological disorders.
• 36 clinical hours with 4 administrative hours.
• Perform and interpret EMG and nerve conduction studies.
• Diagnose and treat a broad range of neurological conditions.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team for high-quality care.
• Maintain accurate documentation in EPIC EMR.
• Participate in call rotation as required.
• Engage in quality improvement initiatives and CME.

Come work at the best place to give and receive care! Job Description: Foundation Medical Partners is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible General Neurologist to join our growing clinical team. The ideal candidate will provide comprehensive neurological care, with a particular interest and proficiency in performing electromyography (EMG) and nerve conduction studies. This position offers the opportunity to practice a broad scope of neurology in a collaborative and patient-centered environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide outpatient evaluation and management of patients with general neurological disorders
• 36 Clinical hours with 4 hours of administrative time
• Perform and interpret EMG and nerve conduction studies
• Diagnose and treat a wide range of neurological conditions, including but not limited to neuropathy, headaches, epilepsy, movement disorders, and neuromuscular conditions
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to ensure coordinated, high-quality patient care
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EPIC the electronic medical record system
• Participating in call rotation as required
• Engage in quality improvement initiatives and continuing medical education

Qualifications:

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neurology
• Fellowship training in Clinical Neurophysiology or Neuromuscular Medicine preferred, or demonstrated experience in EMG
• Eligible for or active New Hampshire state medical license
• Strong clinical, diagnostic, and communication skills
• Commitment to patient-centered care and teamwork
