Job summary

Foundation Medical Partners is seeking a Board-Certified/Board-Eligible General Neurologist to join our growing clinical team, with a focus on EMG and nerve conduction studies. This role offers broad neurology practice in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.

The ideal candidate will provide outpatient care, participate in call rotation, and engage in quality improvement initiatives. Eligible for NH licensure and able to work in a supportive, team-based setting.

Qualifications

• MD or DO degree from an accredited medical school.
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neurology.
• Fellowship training in Clinical Neurophysiology or Neuromuscular Medicine preferred, or demonstrated experience in EMG.
• Eligible for or active New Hampshire state medical license.
• Strong clinical, diagnostic, and communication skills.
• Commitment to patient-centered care and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Provide outpatient evaluation and management of patients with general neurological disorders.
• 36 Clinical hours with 4 hours of administrative time.
• Perform and interpret EMG and nerve conduction studies.
• Diagnose and treat a wide range of neurological conditions, including but not limited to neuropathy, headaches, epilepsy, movement disorders, and neuromuscular conditions.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary care team to ensure coordinated, high-quality patient care.
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in EPIC the electronic medical record system.
• Participating in call rotation as required.
• Engage in quality improvement initiatives and continuing medical education.
