Job summary

Cincinnati Children’s Hospital Medical Center in the United States is seeking an Application Analyst within the Neurology division. The role blends technical expertise with clinical partnership to design, deploy, and support complex clinical and diagnostic technology used by physicians, researchers, and care teams.

You will manage projects, provide technical support, develop reports, ensure compliance with policies, and help drive process improvements in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience with 3 years of work experience in a related job discipline

Responsibilities

• Manage Customer/Vendor Relationships and build and maintain positive relationships.
• Analysis: respond to system-related requests from the department/division, maintain issues log and troubleshooting guide, document issue resolution, prepare statistical summaries and reports, develop reports, run reports as needed, may maintain department/division website.
• Technical Support: serve as liaison between the department and Information Services, participate in test scripts, validate systems implementations/modifications, may maintain system data and tables.
• Design and Development: support technical solutions to increase departmental efficiency, understand downstream impact of changes, prepare user documentation and training manuals, assist with training.
• Process Improvement: document business processes, improve efficiency of department/division processes and software.
• Compliance: work with Clinical and Information Services to assure compliance with CCHMC policies and procedures, implement best practices with regulatory agencies.
• Project Management: plan, execute, and deliver on complex projects with multiple teams and timelines.
