Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• 2+ years of related work experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Must be able to work in a hospital setting with direct patient contact and support of clinical staff in operating rooms, trauma bay, and inpatient locations.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is preferred.
• 5-7 years of related experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Understand and adhere to protocols for working in the Hospital’s Critical Care Units and clinical environment.
• Support clinical CCHMC applications across the institution, including configuring settings and identifying issues.
• Understand data flow between systems and devices on the network; provide direct technical support and second-level resolution.
• Work with cross-functional teams to identify root causes and implement resolutions.
• Explain complex technical solutions clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
• Educate Client Services team members on new technology and service changes.
• Participate in small to medium projects and assist requirements gathering.
• Track and document project deliverables and monitor progress for stakeholders.
• Troubleshoot connectivity issues on local and network printers and application-specific printing issues.
• Deploy software applications via enterprise deployments and validate hardware and clinical applications.
• Continuously evaluate existing and new technology and tools and communicate findings with management.
• Provide outstanding end-user support and ensure adherence to SLAs.
