Qualifications

• Business/Application systems implementation and support experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct support to end users for IS clinical applications and patient care systems.
• Build, test and validate new functionality; engage in custom configuration activities.
• Analyze workflows and data; identify process improvements and opportunities for optimization.
• Coordinate testing, validation, and production releases; manage issue lists and documentation.
• Assist in project/change management and collaborate with leadership to evaluate systems and services.
