Atrium Health's Neurology department in Pineville is seeking a Neurology Advanced Practice Provider for outpatient care. This full-time role offers a 4- or 5-day work week with no weekend duties and a typical patient load of 10–14 per day, in a collaborative environment.

The APP will perform exams, develop care plans, prescribe medications, order labs and imaging, and document encounters. Prior APP and neurology experience are preferred, with strong teamwork and opportunities for CME and PTO.

Formación

• Prior APP experience is preferred.
• Neurology experience is preferred.
• 10-14 patients per day in outpatient setting.
• Desirable schedule of 4- or 5-day work week.
• No call or weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Performs physical examinations, assessments, and develops appropriate plan of care.
• Writes prescriptions and administers medications.
• Orders and interprets laboratory and radiology examinations.
• Documents patient encounters in the medical record.
• Attends group meetings and helps develop department procedures.
