Advocate Health in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Neurology Advanced Practice Provider to join an outpatient neurology team. This full-time role offers 40 hours per week with a flexible 4- or 5-day schedule and no on‑call or weekend duties.

You will manage hospital-follow-up neurology cases in an outpatient clinic, seeing 10–14 patients daily, with support from an established physician/APP leadership structure. Competitive benefits, CME allowance, and PTO are provided.

Formación

• Prior APP experience preferred.
• Neurology experience preferred.
• Provide care for hospital follow-up neurology patients in outpatient clinic setting.
• Desirable schedule 4- or 5-day work week.
• 10-14 patients per day.
• No call or weekends.

Responsabilidades

• Performs physical examinations, assessments, and develops appropriate plan of care.
• Writes appropriate prescriptions and administers medications.
• Orders and interprets laboratory and radiology examinations.
• Documents all patient encounters, records observations, interventions, and actions in a medical record.
• Attends, participates, and contributes to group/practice meetings and development of standard procedures for the department.
