Advocate Health Care in Charlotte, NC seeks a Neurology Advance Practice Provider (APP) for outpatient neurology care. Full-time, 4- or 5-day weeks, 10-14 patients daily, no call or weekends, and a strong collaborative team.

The position emphasizes hospital follow-ups in neurology with stroke follow-up focus in an outpatient clinic setting. Prior APP and neurology experience are preferred; comprehensive benefits and CME allowance are included.

Formación

• Prior APP experience is preferred.
• Neurology experience is preferred.
• Provide care for hospital follow-up neurology patients in outpatient clinic settings.
• Desirable schedule Monday-Friday with option of 4-day work week.

Responsabilidades

• Performs physical examinations, assessments, and develops appropriate plan of care.
• Writes appropriate prescriptions and administers medications.
• Orders and interprets laboratory and radiology examinations.
• Documents all patient encounters, records observations, interventions, and actions in the medical record.
• Attends, participates, and contributes to group/practice meetings and development of standard procedures for the department.
