Job summary

Biogen, Inc. is seeking an Access and Reimbursement Manager (ARM) in the North Chicago, IL area.

The ARM leads patient access strategies for Biogen MS therapies, engages with Key Neurology Accounts and Infusion Providers, and collaborates across healthcare systems to optimize provider and patient outcomes. The role requires expertise in reimbursement, payer access, and REMS programs, with heavy cross-functional collaboration to resolve complex reimbursement issues and implement regional access

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-7+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech experience.
• Track record in field reimbursement, clinical education, or pharmaceutical sales/management.
• Experience navigating complex accounts and understanding FDA mandated REMS programs.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Managed Care and patient privacy laws.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Ability to work in the field and travel (40-80%).

Responsibilities

• Neurology Account Engagement: Develop business plans for Priority Accounts and deliver provider education.
• Infusion Site Management: Develop regional infusion site strategy and oversee implementation, including REMS.
• Patient Access & Provider Reimbursement: Navigate patient services escalations and maintain patient access across portfolio.
• Cross-functional Leadership & Collaboration: Align with Regional Director Leadership Team and field teams.
