Job summary

Biogen North Chicago, IL is seeking an Access and Reimbursement Manager to secure patient access to MS therapies. You will engage Neurology Accounts, manage infusion sites, and resolve complex reimbursement issues across the portfolio.

The role requires field reimbursement expertise, strong communication, and the ability to travel 40–80% to support regional initiatives and provider education.

Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of pharmaceutical/biotech experience.
• Experience in field reimbursement, clinical education, or pharmaceutical sales/management.
• Experience navigating complex accounts and REMS programs.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Knowledge of Managed Care and patient privacy laws.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel 40–80%.

Responsibilities

• Develop business plans for Priority Accounts with matrix team.
• Deliver Biogen portfolio overviews to optimize revenue and provider/patient satisfaction.
• Lead infusion site strategy and ensure REMS compliance.
• Provide education and support on billing/coding, coverage/payment, and MS therapies.
• Navigate patient services escalations and secure access to Biogen therapies.
• Collaborate with regional leadership and field teams on access initiatives.
• Educate the ONE Biogen team on services, solutions, and access.
