Job summary

CHI St. Alexius Health in Bismarck, ND seeks a board-certified or board-eligible Neurologist to diagnose and treat a broad range of neurologic disorders within a collaborative team. Outpatient practice with potential inpatient support, in a 3 physician + 1 APP group at a Primary Stroke Center.

Highlights include outpatient hours Mon-Fri 8am-5pm, call 1:3 with no stroke call, EMG/EEG capabilities, EPIC EMR, and teaching opportunities with UND medical students and residents.

Qualifications

• American Board Certified or Board Eligibility.
• Completion of an accredited Residency Program.
• Valid North Dakota medical license or eligibility for medical licensure in the State of North Dakota.
• North Dakota DEA registration or eligibility to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Outpatient practice: Monday - Friday 8am-5pm, with IP consultations.
• Collaborate with Neurosurgery, Interventional Radiology, Sleep Medicine and Pain Management.
• Teaching opportunities with UND School of Medicine & Health Sciences Medical Students, UND Family Medicine Residents as well as Hospital Medicine Fellows.
• Ability to conduct and perform EMG's and read EEG's

Education

American Board Certified or Board Eligibility
