Job summary

Markent Personnel is assisting a well-established Nassau County neurology group in finding a Board-certified or eligible Neurologist to join a growing team. This outpatient-focused practice emphasizes multidisciplinary collaboration and comprehensive care.

The ideal candidate will have NY licensure, strong diagnostic and interpersonal skills, and an entrepreneurial mindset to help grow a thriving patient base while leveraging EMRs for high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Board-certified in Neurology or eligible with path to certification.
• Licensed or eligible for licensure in New York State.
• Strong diagnostic, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Team-oriented with patient-centered care.
• Proven ability to grow a local clinical practice.
• Entrepreneurial mindset to grow and manage patient base.
• Familiarity with EMRs and value-based care metrics is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality, comprehensive neurological care.
• Take thorough histories, perform exams, and interpret diagnostics.
• Outpatient-focused role in a multi-specialty group.
• Diagnose and manage neurological disorders; develop treatment plans.
• Perform and interpret neurological assessments and procedures.
• Maintain EMRs and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams.
• Promote preventive health and engage in education.
