Job summary

Collage Home and Community Rehabilitation Partners is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to provide patient-centered care in Spring Valley, CA and surrounding areas on a PRN basis. The role involves working with patients in their homes and communities.

Our interdisciplinary teams create integrated treatment plans for neurological rehab, including assessment of impairments, upper extremity function, ADLs/IADLs, cognitive needs, and adaptive equipment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy and state licensure required.
• Experience in neurologically related disorders strongly preferred.
• Excellent planning, organization, writing and time management skills are required.
• Ability to communicate with families, professionals, and co-workers is a must.

Responsibilities

• Evaluation and treatment of impairments including upper extremity function, ADLs and IADLs, visual and perceptual skills, cognitive needs.
• Address adaptive equipment and assistive technology needs.
