Job summary

Baptist Health is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to supervise nursing personnel on the day shift, including weekends and holidays, ensuring quality and continuity of patient care.

The RN will use the nursing process for assessments, planning, and interventions and will collaborate with physicians and other clinicians to implement patient care. BSN preferred; active RN licensure and BLS required.

Qualifications

• Must hold active RN licensure
• BLS required
• Additional certifications (ACLS, PALS, NRP, TNCC, etc) may be required by area
• BSN degree preferred for some assignments

• Supervise and coordinate nursing staff on shift
