Baptist Health in central Alabama is seeking a Registered Nurse to supervise and coordinate nursing staff on shift, including weekends and holidays, to ensure quality and continuity of patient care across departments. The RN will apply the nursing process in patient assessments, planning and delivery of care, and will collaborate with physicians and clinicians to implement care plans.
