Job summary

Genentech, a member of the Roche group, is seeking a Therapeutic Area Manager (TAM) in the Chicago ecosystem to address HCP needs in neuroimmunology and drive end-to-end account strategy. This field-based role requires travel and close collaboration with cross-functional teams to optimize patient access and education on products.

You will lead clinical and non-clinical decision making, develop solutions for complex accounts, and ensure compliant, ethical representation of Genentech products.

Qualifications

• Business, scientific or clinical degree at minimum.
• Experience engaging with healthcare ecosystem players in pharma/biotech.
• 6+ years in a sales role with HCPs and complex healthcare systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end experience for assigned customers, driving clinical and non-clinical decisions at the point of care.
• Represent Genentech products ethically and provide education on use, access, and reimbursement resources.
• Develop solutions for complex accounts across ecosystems, including academic and delivery networks.
• Coach and mentor peers to meet goals and drive national strategy execution.
