Perceptive in Needham, MA is seeking a Senior Analyst, Data Quality to ensure integrity and accuracy of pre-clinical data across modalities. The role collaborates with PM, IA, Lab, and SD teams to drive data quality and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience leading mentoring colleagues and line management.
• Strong data integrity and QC focus across modalities.
• Knowledge of pre-clinical imaging applications (MRI, PET, SPECT, CT) beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership within the QC Analyst team.
• Quality control and data review of raw, pre-processed, and analyzed data.
• Develop and follow SOPs, templates, and internal guidelines for QC processes.
• Identify bottlenecks and drive process optimization to increase throughput.
