Responsibilities

• Supports the mission and goals of the institution and clinical service.
• Educates patient and family to promote healthy adjustment.
• Evaluates treatment plans and makes adjustments per standards.
• Prescribes medications and therapies per practice protocol.
• Coordinates clinical research studies and patient enrollment as applicable.
• Works with interdisciplinary team to implement the therapeutic plan of care.
• Facilitates patient throughput and continuity of care across services.
• Maintains PA board certification and CME requirements.
