Job summary

Ascension Saint Thomas Rutherford Hospital in Murfreesboro, TN is seeking a Neurohospitalist to join our inpatient neurology service. This employed, nonprofit health system offers a stable practice with a schedule of one week on, two weeks off and a collaborative team of nine Neurohospitalists.

Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neurology is required, with MD/DO credentialing in Tennessee and eligibility for state licensure and DEA registration.

How you'll make an impact in this role

• Join an established team of 9 Neurohospitalists

• Schedule: One week on, two weeks off

• Practice setting: Inpatient

• Employed position within a nonprofit health system

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Neurology

• Eligible for state medical licensure and DEA registration

• Care for patients across the entire spectrum of acute neurological conditions.

• Work alongside a multidisciplinary team of neuro-trained RNs, interventionalists, and specialists.

What minimum requirements you'll need

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

• Physician MD/DO credentialed from the Tennessee Board of Medical Examiners obtained prior to hire date or job transfer date required.

Education:

• Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathy (DO) required.
