Job summary

OMNI Neuro is seeking a dedicated in-person neurofeedback technician to provide a safe, technically accurate experience. You will prepare clients, place EEG sensors, monitor signal quality, and follow individualized protocols under clinical direction.

Role emphasizes clear communication, meticulous documentation, and ongoing training within a collaborative team. The position supports growth within a growing brain-performance practice serving diverse clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in neuroscience, psychology, or human performance fields.
• Dependable, punctual, organized, and self-directed.
• Comfortable working with both children and adults.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Comfortable learning clinical software and technical equipment.
• Able to follow protocols consistently.
• Able to receive direct feedback and make adjustments.
• Committed to protecting client confidentiality.
• Willing to complete OMNI Neuro’s training (unpaid) and competency requirements.

Responsibilities

• Facilitating in-person neurofeedback sessions under established clinical direction.
• Preparing clients and accurately placing EEG sensors.
• Monitoring signal quality, impedance, artifacts, and client comfort.
• Following individualized neurofeedback protocols.
• Making appropriate adjustments within your training and authorized scope.
• Observing and documenting client responses before, during, and after sessions.
• Educating clients about the neurofeedback process without diagnosing.
• Maintaining complete and timely clinical notes.
• Troubleshooting basic equipment or software issues.
• Participating in training, supervision, team meetings, and case consultation.
