Lighthouse Neurofeedback & Behavioral Health in Longmont, CO is seeking Neurofeedback Therapists to support clients across ages. You will deliver neurofeedback services with ongoing training, mentorship, and clinical support, with no prior neurofeedback experience required.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in, or graduated from, a Master’s degree program in Counseling, Clinical Mental Health Counseling.
• Passion for learning neurofeedback and brain-based interventions.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to build rapport with clients and families.
• Strong organizational and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality neurofeedback sessions under appropriate supervision.
• Build positive and supportive relationships with clients and families.
• Monitor client progress and maintain accurate clinical documentation.
• Conduct and assist with qEEG assessments and data collection.
• Collaborate with supervisors and clinical team regarding treatment planning and client care.
• Serve as a point of contact for clients and families throughout treatment.
• Participate actively in supervision, training, team meetings, and professional development.
• Support clinic operations and contribute to a positive team culture.
• Continue developing competency in neurofeedback protocols and clinical applications.
